Infineon launched XENSIV TLE4971 series magnetic current sensor for vehicles

Infineon Technology recently announced the launch of the new XENSIV ™ TLE4971 series magnetic current sensors further enrich its portfolio of automotive current sensors. This 3.3V XENSIV ™ TLI4971 device adopts TISON package with integrated guide rail structure, which can support four preset current ranges of 25 A, 50 A, 75 A and 120 A. TLE4971 series has a compact design and advanced environment sensing function, which is suitable for various automotive use cases, including on-board charger (OBC), high-voltage auxiliary driver and charging applications.
