澜起科技成功量产 DDR5 第四子代寄存时钟驱动器芯片

Lanqi Technology officially announced today that it has completed mass production of the DDR5 fourth generation clock driver chip (RCD04). This chip is the core component of high-performance server and data center memory systems, which will bring memory performance improvements to the next generation of computing platforms.
The data transmission rate of RCD04 chip can reach up to 7200MT/s, which is more than 12.5% higher than the previous generation product. By adopting a new power management architecture and signal processing technology, the chip achieves higher transmission rates while optimizing power performance and enhancing signal integrity.
Lanqi Technology stated that it will continue to deepen cooperation with global server and memory module manufacturers in the future, and make every effort to promote the rapid commercialization of products based on DDR5 fourth generation technology.
